The weekend brunch specials at this artisanal bakery in Downtown Roanoke were so popular that Bread Craft created a permanent Sunday brunch menu! Now, any Sunday visit provides the opportunity to enjoy things like the decadent Chocolate French Toast or the Chorizo Skillet, made with Spanish sausage, peppers, onions, potatoes, and two fried eggs.

Mac and Bob’s Restaurant in Downtown Salem is the quintessential neighborhood spot that’s popular with both locals and visitors. Brunch is served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sundays and the menu features tasty options like Chicken & Waffles or the Sourdough French Toast, which is made with sourdough bread from the nearby Salem Farmers Market.

Originally started in Blacksburg, Our Daily Bread Bakery & Bistro has expanded its presence in Virginia’s Blue Ridge with locations in Roanoke and Salem, and both spots are terrific options for Sunday brunch. There are a variety of omelettes made with cage free eggs, along with other unique dishes such as Prosciutto & Brie crepes.
Brunch with a view is part of the experience at the Lake View Dining Room in the Peaks of Otter Lodge. Located at Milepost 86 on the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway, the restaurant offers a Sunday Brunch Buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. that includes a made-to-order omelette station, waffle station, a chef’s choice of desserts, and an assortment of other dishes. Following your meal, take in the beauty of Peaks of Otter and enjoy a leisurely stroll around Abbott Lake.

Preston’s Restaurant - The Inn at Virginia Tech
Spend a Blue Ridge Day on the beautiful campus of Virginia Tech and check out the Champagne Sunday Brunch at Preston’s Restaurant in The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center.
