Downtown RoanokeIt's usually difficult to find parking in the downtown areas of big cities but that's not the case in Downtown Roanoke.

Our historic downtown provides a great variety of free hourly spaces and street parking, along with reasonably priced lots and garages.

The Warehouse Row Lot, Elmwood Lot, and Elmwood Park Garage all offer free parking after 5:00pm on weekdays.

On the weekends, free parking is available in the Higher Ed. Center Lot, Warehouse Row Lot, Elmwood Lot, Gainsboro Garage, Elmwood Park Garage, and the Campbell Garage.

The Market Lot also offers a lunch time rate of $1 from 11:30am to 1:30pm, and the Campbell Garage offers an Early Bird Rate of $3 for entry before 9:00am.
