You’ll find lots of fun items with a shopping trip to the City of Roanoke in Virginia’s Blue Ridge.
Our “As Seen On TV” store has a little different meaning - with local favorite Black Dog Salvage becoming internationally known for its show Salvage Dawgs on the DIY Network. You could spend an entire day exploring the 40,000 square foot warehouse and marketplace.
In addition to the treasures at Black Dog, there are lots of great local shops and boutiques to explore in Downtown Roanoke, as well as the Historic Grandin Village.
Market Square in Downtown Roanoke is also home to the Historic Roanoke City Market, which began in 1882 and continues to operate as Virginia’s oldest continuously operating open-air market. A Saturday afternoon “on the market” is a great local scene!
