Originally part of The Ritz Hotel, established in 1912, this venue has evolved over the decades to become a cherished dining destination. After surviving economic challenges like the construction of The Patrick Henry Hotel in 1925 and The Crossroads Mall in 1961, Billy's emerged in 1979 as a beacon of Roanoke's downtown revitalization efforts under the visionary John Williams.
Named in homage to both the former Ritz Hotel and a local saloon owned by Billy Huddleston, Billy's has been a staple for fine dining and community gathering. Today, it continues this tradition with a diverse menu showcasing favorites like jumbo lump crab cakes, bourbon-glazed salmon, and artisan desserts such as Limoncello cake and flourless chocolate torte.
