At Panera Bread bakery-cafes, bakers spend their nights shaping, scoring and baking breads in stone deck and convection ovens before we open our doors each morning. - Directions: From Interstate 81, take Exit 143 to I-581 S. Continue on I-581 for 3 miles and take Exit 3E onto Hershberger Road toward the Airport. Continue on Hershberger Road for 1/2 mile and take the SECOND right onto Valley View Blvd. Continue 1/2 mile on Valley View Blvd. and turn right on W. Valley View Boulevard. Take the first left onto Ring Road just before the Valley View Mall. Continue on Ring Road and Panera Bread will be on the right.
