Whether a basic tent and sleeping bag isn't your speed or you prefer added variety to your camping experience, glamping is calling your name.

Glamping adds a bit of glamor to camping in the form of modern amenities. The Roanoke Region in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains is perfect for glamping, and we have a wide variety of styles to enjoy.

Twin River Outfitters - Botetourt County

Add adventure to your glamping trip with Twin River Outfitters (pictured at the top of this page). You’ll paddle the James River by day and stay in style by night.

Choose from a three-day, two-night, or two-day, one-night package. The upgraded campsites include a wall tent with cots, a picnic table, camp chairs, a fire ring, and firewood. There are kitchen areas and beauty in every direction.

The feeling of putting in good work on the river all day and reaching a glamping destination is something you’ll treasure forever.
