Non-profit organization based in Roanoke, VA. Organizer of the VA Commonwealth Games - a multi-sport festival that is open to all citizens of Virginia. In addition to the Commonwealth Games we also plan many other runs and events throughout the year - including the Smith Mountain Lake Triathlon. We promote awareness and benefits of physical activity, fitness and healthy lifestyles through sports education, anti-drug and wellness programs and competition. - Directions: I-81 to Exit 143 (I-581/Route 220 South) to Exit 4 East (Orange Avenue). Bear right, then take right at first traffic light onto Williamson Road. Turn left at 2nd traffic light onto Rutherford Avenue, then left onto 5th Street. Turn right into first parking lot. Virginia Amateur Sports, Inc. is located in the last building on the right.
