Here at Three Li'l Pigs we use our own recipes, carry our own line of barbeque sauce, and smoke all of our own meat so you can be sure that every menu item is fresh, delicious, and satisfying. We don't just smoke pork anymore. Come see for yourself. We offer a full menu with plentiful seating at our restaurant located in scenic Botetourt County. Home of the tastiest slow-cooked, hickory-smoked North Carolina-style barbeque anywhere in the valley. Hand-chopped pork is our specialty. We have two sauces; a spicy eastern NC vinegar/pepper sauce and a sweeter and milder tomato sauce. We offer chopped pork with either of our two sauces blended in. We now offer BBQ Bill's Jerk Pork Tenderloin and Smoked Salmon. In addition to counter sales, we also cater barbeque for parties and meetings in the Daleville area.
