Century Park Plaza is home to a series of sculptured columns decorated and colored in various ways to symbolize the cultures represented by each of Roanoke’s sister cities. The sculptures were created by Mimi Babe Harris and Donna Essig in 2004 as a tribute to each of our seven sister cities, and are part of the City of Roanoke's public art collection.
