The Rock Castle Gorge Trail boasts beautiful colors from all the wildflowers, trees, and other plant life. The trail offers wonderful views of the gorge and gives you a chance to experience the history of the families who used to live in this area and used the power of the Rock Castle Stream to power their mills. A great stop on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a challenging and rewarding day hike.
