My flower making hobby started in NM where I met an accomplished seamstress that showed me how to sew ribbon flowers. My love of flower making blossomed again after the birth of my first daughter. That's when embellishing hats and hair accessories became my favorite way to express my creativity (and how I avoid my household chores.)
I now squeeze time in my craft room or studio between working full time at as an elementary school librarian, teaching art classes to Crafty Kids, and raising three beautiful gals of my own.
