Endurance Coaching Programs Local or Distant Here at Next Level Coaching and Fitness we specialize in ultra- distance, multi sport off road training in the sports of adventure racing, mt. biking, and trail running. Our skills in developing programs and working with athletes will cross over to the road arena. Personal Training Programs Our personal trainers at Next Level Coaching and Fitness enjoy working with individuals and groups to help them with their goals. We would prefer to work our clients in the great outdoors, blending our cardiovascular workouts with resistant strength training. Corporate group training is available. Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching Programs This program can be part of all the programs offered, but this program will help people looking for a way to become health and fit that may not be looking to every enter a race. They just what to feel better, increased energy and adjust to their idea body weight with proper lifestyle changes and nutritional guidelines. Adventure Racing Team or Individual Training Ronny will design a 4, 8 or 12 hour training session in the beautiful mountains of the Roanoke Valley in VA. He will work along side your team or yourself helping with navigation, mountain biking, trekking and paddling, while providing helpful tips to make you or your team faster and more efficient. Ronny can race with your team during an actual adventure race to help your team with map study and layout, navigation, route choices, paddling, trekking and mt. biking technique, along with team building skills and helpful tips to get your team across the finish line.
