Hi! I’m Sarah, a Virginia gal who is enjoying the opportunity to live surrounded by beautiful Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains. I knew I wanted to name the property, and with all the Creeping Thyme growing around our patio and over stone walls, it was easy to decide on “Mountain Thyme.” It is a privilege to live in this breathtaking part of Virginia, keeping hives of Honey Bees right in my own backyard.
I came up with my Bee Butter recipe, and have developed propolis tincture, propolis oil, and propolis throat spray, in an effort to provide people with some all-natural, healthy products to aid in boosting their immune systems.
