JMC Healing and Wellness Academy is dedicated to empowering moms through their self-care journey, particularly related to stress and anxiety reduction. The mission is to create a learning and integrative experience where individuals can choose from convenient online learning and conscious community services including private sessions, studio classes, and private group gatherings.
The vision is to provide physical sacred spaces where clients and students gather together whether that be downtown Roanoke or a retreat setting in the woods.
