Hyatt Place Roanoke has two meeting rooms with 1,104 total square footage; the rooms have a retractable air-wall that will divide the rooms creating Meeting Room 1 with 744 square feet and Meeting Room 2 with 360 square feet. A perfect setting for a small board meeting to an instructional classroom presentation. LCD projector with screen, 42” flat screen HDTV and a rolling whiteboard, flip chart combination adds to the meeting room features. Each meeting planner is provided with a tool kit that is packed with the little things that sometimes don't make the trip; tape to extension cords are provided to insure the meeting goes smoothly. One of our Gallery Hosts is assigned as a contact should there be any needs.
From North or South 1-81: Take exit 143 (I-581 South) to exit 3E (Hershberger Rd/Airport). Take the first right at the shopping center sign (Valley View Blvd. North). Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport will be on the right-hand side directly behind Red Palace Restaurant.
From 220 North (Martinsville): 220N becomes I-581N. Take Exit 3E (Hershberger Rd/Airport). Take the first right at shopping center sign (Valley View Blvd. North). Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport will be on the right-hand side directly behind Red Palace Restaurant.
From 460 West (Lynchburg): Merge onto I-581N/US-220N towards I-81. Take exit 3E (Hershberger Rd/Airport). Take the first right at shopping center sign (Valley View Blvd. North). Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport will be on the right-hand side directly behind Red Palace Restaurant.
