Established in 2015 by Monica Moses- one of Roanoke’s very first lady tattooers- with 20 years in the industry under her belt started as a private studio until the fire nation attacked.
The studio gained heavier traffic to what was already a magical ride conducted by Ms. Moses when the location expanded into the Wasena neighborhood. From there the shop blossomed into the well-oiled, family driven machine that it is now and served 5 beautiful years in that location before landing in its dream spot. In a historical move, Grandin became the studio’s new home April of 2023, making Electric Eye the very first tattoo shop in the neighborhood… ever!
EECT has also placed several times in Roanoke’s Best as one of the most hoppin’ shops around!
