My entire life I have enjoyed drawing and painting. Then along came the love of gardening and a fascination with Botany, I received my certificate in Botanical Art and Illustration from The Brookside School of Botanical Art in 2010. Before that I trained as a Master Gardener in Maryland and have been involved in Federated Garden Clubs for 20 plus years. Growing, arranging, drawing and painting plants, fruits and vegetables are pure joy for me. I am always excited to learn new techniques and gather interesting information. Most of my work is in watercolor, but I do use colored pencils and graphite. Commissions are welcome.
