Nestled within 700 acres of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Camp Roanoke is conveniently located off Interstate 81 exit 132. Available for corporate retreats, outdoor adventure and team building activities, Camp Roanoke is the perfect place for your next meeting. The camp features a high and low ropes course, a 44-foot climbing tower, presentation-ready meeting rooms for up to 300 guests, and heated/air conditioned overnight accommodations for up 80 guests. On-site meal preparation and off-site outdoor trips are available. Staff members are university graduates with accreditation in outdoor recreation programming, wilderness first aid and CPR. Camp Roanoke is operated by the government of Roanoke County, Virginia. Facility Amenities: Eight cabins with a total of 90 beds. Three bathhouses with showers.
Dining & Meeting Hall - 40` x 30` (1200 sq. ft.) service for 50. Kiwanis Lodge - 30` x 20` (975 sq. ft.) Accommodates 45 classroom style, 25 boardroom style, and 50 reception style. Picnic Shelter (1,500 sq. ft.) Accommodates 200+ Catering/meal service on site.

From I-81, take Exit 132 to Route 460 West (less than 1/4 mile from I-81). Route 460 West 1/2 mile, turn left at convenience store onto West River Rd. Go approximately 1 mile and make a right onto Dry Hollow Rd. Camp Roanoke’s entrance is approximately 2 miles on right.

- DescriptionThe dining hall at Camp Roanoke seats up to 84 people for buffet-style meal service. Food service professionals on our staff are ServSafe certified to provide high quality hot meals to campers. A typical week at camp includes three hot meals a day and a menu of healthy options. The dining hall also serves as an exciting rainy-day program venue during camp season. During the Fall and Spring, visitors can rent the dining hall for group meetings and other events. Visitors can choose to provide own their meal service, rent our commercial kitchen, or utilize Camp Roanoke's catering service. Our menu options range from soup, sandwich, and salad bars to full course meals and outdoor cookouts on the grill. Meal prices include all beverages and start at $6 per person. Use the dining hall as a meeting space, with standard amenities including FREE wireless internet access, a TV/DVD combination, a projector, pull down screens, flip chart stands and wipe-boards.
