- Directions: Brooks Mill Winery is located near Smith Mountain Lake in Wirtz, VA. Take US 220 to Rocky Mount and follow VA-40 East out of Rocky Mount for nearly four miles. Turn left on State Route 655/Webster Road and continue on this road as it becomes State Route 671/Golden View Road. After approximately four miles, turn left on Brooks Mill Road and continue 1.8 miles - the winery will be on your left.
