- Directions: Take I-81 to Exit 168. From Exit 168, follow Rt. 614 for approximately 3 miles. Turn left on Forest Road 59 at the North Creek Campground sign and follow it 4 miles until the road ends at the trailhead. The Apple Orchard Falls Trail leads to the left.
