Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing, a sprawling 500-acre facility nestled in the stunning landscape of New Castle, VA, offers an exciting range of activities and events designed to cater to all interests and age groups.   • Directions: From Downtown Roanoke get onto Interstate 581 North toward I-81. Then merge left onto I-81 south toward Salem. Take exit 141 toward New Castle/Salem. At the stop light turn left onto Electric Rd./419. At the next light turn right onto 311 toward New Castle. You will stay on Rt. 311 for about 20 miles going up over Catawba Mountain and eventually entering Craig County and then New Castle, VA. In New Castle turn right onto Route 615 (Market street). Continue straight on Route 615 for ~6-7 miles. You will come to our blue & white sign on the left hand side of the road with an arrow pointing for you to turn right onto 611/Peaceful Valley Rd. Our property is ~1.6 miles on your right, there you will see our lodge and orange kayak mailbox at the entrance.   • Additional Information: The Main Lodge Dining Room is typically used to cater to groups visiting our facility for church retreats, schools, corporate retreats, family reunions, weddings, yoga retreats, women's & men's clubs, colleges, fraternities & sororities and so much more. We take food very seriously and love to exceed expectations by preparing amazing homecooked meals. We also like to spread our culinary wings periodically by hosting our Wine & Dine events with local wineries in January, February and March as well as our Expert Beer Tasting event. We can also make your wedding, party or event extra special and people will be talking about the food for years!

On select weekends during the summer, our Outpost is open, serving food for weekend events and for campsites.   • DescriptionOur unique conference and retreat center will have your group changing the way they view corporate and group retreat. Step away from the ordinary and challenge your group to adventure activities or pamper them with exquisite views and second to none food. Our 500 acre property is surrounded by the National Forest and has 3 elegantly rustic lodges with a variety of room layouts. Our lodges are designed to promote group camaraderie while socializing by our two story stone fireplace or relaxing on our large wrap around porches. The rooms are just for sleeping so people aren't tempted to sneak off and seclude themselves. We can customize every aspect of your retreat, reunion, wedding, or event.
