Twin River Outfitters is opening its' newest river front campground just below the Horseshoe Bend public boat landing 8.5 river miles upstream of our Buchanan shop. The Horseshoe Bend site allows for only paddle in access. All campsites are numbered and include a fire ring, picnic table, parking area, and level tent pad. Portable toilets and a dumpster are conveniently located in the center of each campground. Guests will need to bring their own water as no potable water source is provided.

- Directions: From Roanoke - Take interstate 81 North to exit 162 At off ramp turn Right onto Route 11 North, drive 5 miles to James River Bridge at Lowe Street. Take left at Burger King, we are 50 yards on right adjacent to Town of Buchanan public boat landing.
