Come FLY with us! FlyFit is the Roanoke Valleys premier Bungee based Fitness Studio. We are located in the Botetourt Commons shopping center in Daleville VA. We offer a fun and unique twist on fitness. We offer a variety of Bungee classes, aerial yoga, yoga, kids classes, pilates and more. Classes can be purchases individually, in packages or with memberships. We are also available for Birthday parties, work events, girl night out, .... Contact us for more information on scheduling. Prices for group events start at $130 for up to 11 participants for bungee and 7 participants for Aerial. We can't wait to FLY with you!
