Douthat State Park

Douthat State Park is one of Virginia's premier locations for outdoor recreations. The park features more than 43 miles of trails for hiking & biking, and it's known as one of the best spots in the Southeast for mountain biking. Visitors can also enjoy four miles of stream fishing, as well as a 50-acre lake that's stocked with trout and is available for fishing, swimming, boating, and offers beach access. There are also overnight lodging options at Douthat State Park, including campsites, cabins, and lodges that can accommodate larger groups.
