Betsy Ashton is a semiretired consultant with decades of marketing, public relations, and information technology experience. Born in Washington, DC, raised in Southern California, she finally settled in Virginia. She writes www.madmaxisms.blogspot.com, a blog of miscellaneous musings, and a bimonthly column for a local weekly newspaper. She serves as a volunteer public relations director for two local non-for-profits. She has written several novels and is actively seeking an agent.
