Jacob Asher Galbraith founded Asher’s Coffee Beans in 2020 based out of Roanoke, VA. As head roaster, Jacob focuses on quality and consistency while creating small batch craft coffee beans. The name was inspired by his grandfather who was extremely hard working and dedicated to his craft. The goal has always been to carry on Asher’s legacy while staying cutting edge and forward thinking.

As a former sports nutrition chef, Jacob has worked for sports teams such as the Denver Broncos, Cleveland Indians and Washington Football Team. He puts his passion for fine food and drink into the coffee he roasts knowing what goes into our bodies has a great effect on how we perform.
