Watch our mixologists craft signature Bellinis and cocktails right in the room, featuring: Fresh fruit purées (peach, strawberry, raspberry, blood orange & seasonal selections), Prosecco and sparkling wine pairings, Specialty cocktails & mocktails, classic brunch favorites including Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Italian-Inspired Brunch Menu
Our culinary team is creating a special menu with a light Italian influence, blending breakfast favorites with lunch-style offerings.
