Join Downshift for a fun, exercise ride every Monday beginning at 6:00 p.m. This beginner-friendly ride will introduce riders to a little bit of everything: road riding, greenway riding, group riding, and a few hills for good measure.
The route is approximately 13 miles and takes 1-1.5 hours. The ride is no-drop and will re-group often. The ride is meant for riders of most skill levels with any sort of bike you may have! This is a judgment-free ride! If you are new to riding or if it is your first ride with Downshift, please arrive 15 minutes early for a run-down of proper riding etiquette and to sign a waiver. Our leader will even share a few tips and tricks.
Downshift stays open after the ride for riders to enjoy a beverage and/or dinner.
