Pregnancy changes many things, including how you work out! Learn about how to continue a yoga practice during and after pregnancy in this one day workshop. A wide variety of poses, partner stretches, breathing and pelvic floor strengthening for labor and birthing will be taught. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and prepared on how to keep your body healthy during pregnancy! 1.5 hr. workshop. Instructor: Abby Reed.
