On the Rails

Presenting the work of 20 amateur and professional photographers, On the Rails showcases contemporary and vintage photographs illustrating the continued influence trains have on the landscape of both Roanoke and America. Ranging from photographs of the Queen of Steam to the modern CSX locomotives, On the Rails captures both unique and traditional compositions.

On the Rails is located in the Radford Gallery. This exhibition is included with paid admission to the Roanoke History/O. Winston Link Museums, and will be on display until November 1, 2023.
