Move around Franklin County this summer and watch some great Kids Movies!
Dress accordingly for weather and bring a chair, blanket, and a light source. Arrive 1 hour early for outdoor games and visit with the Bookmobile for crafts and more. Concessions will be available. Giveaways for the first 100 kids.
In case of inclement weather, movie will be moved inside to the Essig Recreation Center.
Movies on the Move 2025 Schedule:
June 6: "Moana 2" at Rocky Mount Elementary. Movie begins at 8:30pm
July 11: "Mufasa" at Jamison Mill Park. Movie begins at 8:30pm
August 8: "Sonic 3" at Summit View Park. Movie begins at 8:15pm
September 12: "Paddington in Peru" at Dudley Elementary. Movie begins at 7:30pm
October 31: "The Legend of Ochi" at Essig Recreation Center. Movie begins at 6:15pm
Arrive 1 hour early before each movie showing for outdoor games.
