Learn how to plan and prep your meals so you're ready for the week to meet your daily and weekly nutrition goals. This is the second class in the Holistic Nutrition series and will build on the first session, however this can be taken as an independent class. This session will focus on determining your weekly nutrition goals, portioning, and prepping and preparing meals and snacks. Instructor: Certified Nutrition Coach Lori Fadorick.
