More Information

The Henry H. Fowler Program presents a scholar who has thought deeply about this question. Presidential historian, Pulitzer Prize-winner, and contributor to TIME and The New York Times Book Review, Jon Meacham is one of America’s most prominent public intellectuals. A regular guest on Morning Joe, he is a skilled raconteur with a depth of knowledge on politics, religion, and current affairs. He brings historical context to a discussion of the issues and events affecting our daily lives. His current bestseller, The Soul of America, looks back critically at times in U.S. history when hope overcame division and fear.

The authors book, The Soul of America will be available for purchase before and after the event.

This event is sponsored by the Henry H. Fowler lecture series.

Complimentary tickets are required and available online beginning January 3.

Tickets are also available at the Colket Center information desk.
