NEW for 2021! Our newest event combines two of our favorite activities: cycling and eating. After a leisurely rolling start at Stoney Brook Vineyards in Troutville, you'll follow a gorgeous 50ish mile loop through scenic Botetourt County, stopping at 4-6 farms along the way.
The Harvest Tour begins with an optional tour of Stoney Brook Vineyard. You may choose an 8:30am, 9:00am, or 9:30am vineyard tour, then start cycling the route. If you choose not to participate in the vineyard tour, you may start cycling from the vineyard anytime between 8am and 10am.
At each farm stop, you'll be able to take a short tour before you head out to the next location. Products from each farm will be available for purchase. Your purchases will be delivered to the start/finish at Stoney Brook Vineyards.
We hope you'll have worked up an appetite by the finish, because the ride concludes with a farm-to-table meal, featuring local and regional products. It's a great way to connect with other great folks who share your passion for good riding and great food!
The registration fee is $125 per rider and includes a well-marked route, two fully stocked aid stations, a branded mason jar mug, one glass of wine, and a farm-to-table meal catered by Pomegranate. This event will be capped at 100 riders and we expect to fill up, so register soon!
