Chakras are an ancient system of identifying energy centers within the body. Each corresponds to an aspect of our outer and inner lives. Chakra Dance is a well-being practice using flowing and dynamic movements, a series of moving meditations. If you like yoga, but aren’t sure about the more challenging poses, if you want to meditate, but can’t sit still for more than a few minutes then chakra dance may be for you! All you need is a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and to be prepared to move/dance barefoot or in yoga socks. Instructor: Patricia Placona
