A seasonal gathering of fascinating people to share a great local Roanoke restaurant meal with engaging conversation while being a guest and not a host. This Supper Club is more than about the food: it is about escaping for a little bit, the atmosphere, and support of the community; meeting people, creating stories and experiences you can’t find easily at any regular restaurant. From entrepreneurs to the hipster crowd to the old-fashioned fellas it’s the characters that define AmRhein’s Supper Club.
The telling of tales has deep roots in Appalachia and the Blue Ridge region. Each club date will feature storytelling entertainment by Storytelling Connections, with Virginia’s celebrated storyteller, Clinton Atwater, to delight, captivate, and mesmerize you with historical and interesting stories of our region.
The Blue Ridge Supper Club starts at 6:00 pm, every FIRST FRIDAY of the month, with an outdoor wine hour where you can mingle and enjoy FREE TASTINGS of six of AmRhein’s featured wines. Guests are encouraged to BRING AN APPETIZER TO SHARE with the other guests. The winery’s tasting room will be open for your vinous concession needs. At 7:00 pm the outdoor serve yourself dinner begins with a 30-minute storytelling event for everyone to enjoy beginning at 7:30 pm
Tickets are $20 per person and include free tasting of 6 wines, dinner, and live entertainment.
Social distancing will be in place with only 4 people allowed per table. Face masks are suggested
