2023 22nd Annual Star City Motor Madness

Star City Motor Madness draws from throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. Through fees from the participants and donations from sponsors, the event raises money for the Virginia Museum of Transportation which is located in Roanoke as well as other non-profit organizations. For spectators the cruise-in and car show are free!

As was the case the last 21 years, in 2023 most proceeds will go the Virginia Museum of Transportation Automotive Gallery. The museum is famous for its diverse collection of America's transportation history with an impressive collection of railroad "rolling stock". The museum features an automotive gallery and funds raised by Star City Motor Madness help with changing exhibits in the gallery.

Location: Friday night: Williamson Road, Saturday: Downtown Roanoke on Jefferson Street from 10am - 4pm and Saturday night 5:30-10pm at Virginia Museum of Transportation.  Admission: Friday Night and Saturday – Spectators are Free. Saturday Night After-Party $10 adults, $8 children ages 3-12.
