For September, there’s a concert almost every night of the week!

Country music star Chase Bryant kicks the month off on Thursday, September 1, with a concert at the Salem Star-B-Q in Downtown Salem.

Locals and visitors can also enjoy a variety of performers at the Franklin County Agricultural Fair, September 14-17, including well-known Americana bands The Hackensaw Boys and Town Mountain.

If you can’t make it to the fair, pay a visit to the Harvester Performance Center, one of the best live music venues in Virginia. The show calendar for September at the Harvester includes The Charlie Daniels Band, Buddy Guy, and George Thorogood & The Destroyers.

At the Berglund Center in Roanoke, 7-time Grammy Award winner Carrie Underwood takes the stage on September 26, with Easton Corbin as her opening act.
