October is an incredible month for live music in the Roanoke Valley in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.

Fans of some of the biggest hits of the 90s should mark the calendar for the I Love The 90s Tour at the Salem Civic Center on October 20. The tour includes Vanilla Ice, Salt N Pepa with Spinderella, Coolio, and many others.

There will also be multiple nights of great music at this year’s GO Outside Festival, October 14-16, where Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe and Dale & The ZDubs are two of the headline acts. This is a family-friendly festival full of great activities, events, and unique outdoor demonstrations to go along with a fun live music stage.

A few of the other big performances you can catch in Virginia’s Blue Ridge this month include the legendary Tim Reynolds & TR3 (10/16) at The Harvester Performance Center, the Yonder Mountain String Band (10/12) at the Jefferson Center, Elizabeth Cook & Derek Hoke (10/28) at The Spot on Kirk, and Dierks Bentley in concert with Randy Houser and Drake White & The Big Fire at Berglund Center on October 29.
