Spring harvests are in full bloom, making Monday the perfect day to kick off Virginia Farmers' Market Week. In an effort to support farmers' markets across the Commonwealth, Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) and the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) encourage Virginians to fill their pantries with fresh, locally-grown produce, meats, and other goods during the week of April 27 - May 3.

The communities in Virginia's Blue Ridge would not be the same without our local farmers, and thankfully there are plenty of ways to continue supporting them with options like curbside pick-up and contactless delivery.

When making your grocery list for the week, switch things up and pre-order from one (or a couple) of the many farmers markets in Virginia's Blue Ridge.

Botetourt Farmers Market - Botetourt County
