The Deschutes Street Pub returns to Downtown Roanoke in Virginia’s Blue Ridge for the third consecutive year on Saturday, July 14! The event takes place from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Elmwood Park and will be a full afternoon and evening of great craft beer, live music, and family fun.
The Street Pub is an outdoor pub and block party of epic proportions that raises money for local charities and nonprofit organizations. In its first two years, Street Pub raised over $1 million dollars for local organizations in its tour around the country, including over $148,000 for nonprofits in the Roanoke Valley.
This year’s event will benefit the Roanoke Outside Foundation, Roanoke Parks & Recreation, The Spot on Kirk, and the Bradley Free Clinic.
Deschutes Brewery is partnering with Blue Ridge Beverage, Hydro Flask, and Humm Kombucha to present the 2018 Street Pub in Roanoke.
With over 50 taps featuring a variety of Deschutes Brewery beers, including all your flagship favorites and many from the Specialty Reserve series, great beer will be flowing all day at Street Pub. There will also be culinary pairings and demonstrations from Deschutes Brewery’s Executive Chef, Jeff Usinowicz, as well as local chefs from Virginia’s Blue Ridge.
Not a beer lover? Make your way to the Humm Kombucha tent and try some different flavors of this fermented tea that’s all the rage.
Beers will be available by purchasing tokens. Tokens are $5 and each one gets you a 14 oz. beer. Tokens will be available for purchase at the event, but we recommend taking advantage of Pre-sale tokens and Hydro Flask True Pints that are available for purchase online. Buy now >
