Fireworks are part of the tradition for celebrating the 4th of July in the Roanoke Valley in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.
Friends and families gather together to celebrate our nation’s independence and freedom, which includes lots of laughter, delicious food, music, and fireworks displays.
This year, the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday, meaning many local fireworks shows and celebrations will be taking place the weekend before the holiday. However, there will also be plenty of pyrotechnic fun on Independence Day!
