The Roanoke Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is hosting a Loan Application Pop-Up event this week to assist small business owners who have not yet applied for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and/or an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). This includes sole proprietors, single owner LLCs, and others who are a one-person operation. The SBDC will be in Roanoke City this Wednesday, July 22.  Assistance is by appointment only. NEW PARKWAY CLOSURE DETAILS – Visitors can access Explore Park via the Blue Ridge Parkway if you are traveling from the North to Milepost 115 (Entrance of Explore Park).  The Parkway remains closed from Milepost 115 to Milepost 136 (Rt. 221 at Adney Gap) due to recent rains and deteriorated road conditions.
