To celebrate June being National Great Outdoors Month, the Virginia Tourism Corporation created a Wanderlove campaign to showcase some of the best outdoor destinations in the Commonwealth.

It featured the destinations by partnering with outdoor influencers who visited the area and produced video content highlighting the unique experiences, as well as offering itineraries with trip ideas.

Virginia's Blue Ridge is one of the areas featured in the campaign, and the Visit VBR Public Relations Department worked together with the Commonwealth's tourism office to host Brice Shirbach, a professional mountain biker and influencer who works with Pinkbike, an internationally-known biking website and publication.

The opportunity work with mountain bikers like Shirbach helps Virginia's Blue Ridge grow its reputation as America's East Coast Mountain Biking Capital.

The visit included the opportunity to check out the incredible mountain biking at Carvins Cove, paddling on the Upper James River Water Trail, and mountain biking on Dody Ridge in the George Washington & Jefferson National Forest.

The following are the videos that were produced as a result of the visit.
