The charming and inviting Trio in B-flat Major, K. 502 of Mozart has been a favorite of the Kandinskys throughout their career. They will revisit it along with three debuts from the “25 X 25 Project” with works by Judith Shatin, Jon Grier and David Jones. Faure’s richly expressive Piano Quartet in C Minor, Op. 15, which has endured as his most popular chamber work, will complete the evening’s performance. Joining the Trio will be violist Hillary Herndon, Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee and an active chamber music collaborator throughout the United States.
